About Marion Smits
Marion Smits is associate professor and neuroradiologist at Erasmus MC, Rotterdam (NL). She received her PhD (cum laude) in 2008 on Imaging in minor head injury: early complications and late consequences. She is principal investigator of advanced MR neuroimaging at Erasmus MC, collaborating with the departments of neuroscience, neurology, neurosurgery, psychology, pediatrics, and neuroeconomics. Her main interests are neuro-oncology, as well as cognition and language in dementia, head injury and stroke.
