About Marion Smits
Marion Smits is a neuroradiologist at Erasmus MC, Rotterdam (NL). She recently received her PhD (cum laude) on “Imaging in minor head injury: early complications and late consequences”. She is principal investigator of fMRI and DTI research at Erasmus MC, collaborating with the departments of neuroscience, neurology, neurosurgery, psychology, pediatrics, and neuroeconomics. Her main interests are cognition and language deficits in dementia, head injury and stroke.
